Vision, Mission and Values
Vision
The vision of the Saint Elizabeth Community (SEC) is to be a model for how society will care for the growing numbers of individuals who need support. SEC commits to work towards innovative solutions that allow individuals to receive the right services in the right place at the right time.
Two major areas of expansion are envisioned. SEC will move towards including a wider array of superior services that bring individuals into the SEC family at earlier points in their need for support. SEC will provide guidance in an individual's journey from the ealiest recognition of the need for support to end of life, focusing on transitions between and among services.
Mission
The mission of The Saint Elizabeth Community is to offer high quality choices for care to adults seeking to find solutions to their medical and social needs in an array of community and facility based programs.
We treat those we care for and our co-workers as we would treat our own family members and
wtreat our residences and day centers as we would treat our own homes.
Values
