Following is an outline of some of the benefits offered within the Saint Elizabeth Community. Benefits are specific to the location, employee status and tenure. The Human Resource Director will provide detailed benefits during the hiring process.
- For all employees working more than 20 hours per week, health and dental insurance is effective after 30 days of employment.
- Flexible spending account for health insurance premiums, health care reimbursement and dependent care expenses (pre-tax accounts).
- 60% of the cost of family health and dental insurance is paid for by The Saint Elizabeth Community for full-time employees and prorated for part-time employees who work more than 20 hours per week.
- 3.0% of employees’ annual salaries are invested into a retirement plan after one year of employment.
- $10,000 of fully paid life insurance is provided to eligible employees.
- Paid holidays (plus one personal day off) is provided to full-time employees or prorated holiday pay for part-time employees.
- Five PTO (personal time off) days for full-time employees, and prorated PTO for part-time employees. (We also offer PTO buy back.)
- Paid vacation time after one year of employment.

- RN / LPN Student Loan Repayment Program -- Saint Elizabeth Community will pay up to $200.00 per month of your student loan for full time employees. This amount will be prorated for part time employees who work 20 hours or more per week.
