Directions to the Administrative Office and the Alzheimer’s Care Center:
From Providence:
Interstate 95 South to Exit # 14, Route 37 East, (exit splits east and west: stay in the left lane.)
Take the first exit off of Route 37 to Post Road, Route 1 South. Go pass 3 working traffic lights and at the 3rd traffic light you will take a left onto Airport Road. This is a large intersection with traffic lights and 2 left hand turn lanes. (A landmark is a Ozzi's Steak Burgers will be on your right at this intersection.)
Follow Airport Road for approx 1 mile. You will come to a (4) corner intersection, go straight through this intersection and you are now on Route 117 (West Shore Road). Go 4 working traffic lights (approx 4 miles.) At the 4th light (Dunkin Donuts/Gas Station on corner) take this left, which is Warwick Neck Avenue. We are approx ¼ miles on your left (big gray building.)

Route 95 north or south to EXIT 10 Rt. 117 east (Centerville Road). Go through the 3 traffic lights and stay to the right lane. The road will split and you are to take the right split. You will go under a train tressal and up a hill and the road splits again and you will bear to the left. You will still be on Rt. 117. Follow Rt. 117 approximately 5 to 6 miles (8 red lights). Take a right on the Warwick Neck Avenue. (landmark-Self serve gas station on right-turn there). Go approximately ¼ mile and we are on the left side of the road.

DIRECTIONS to Apponaug Center:
Route 95 south to EXIT 10B, Rt. 117 east (Centerville Road). Go through (3) three traffic lights and stay to the right hand lane. You will see a white church on the right hand side of the road. Turn right just before the church and there is a parking lot behind.

DIRECTIONS to Coventry Center:
Take 95 South to Coventry-West Warwick (Exit 7). Go right off the exit to a four-way stop sign. Take left at Arnold Road. Go straight past the lake to a stop light (Rt. 3 intersection) (see Subway sandwich shop on left). Go straight through lights. Wood Street is first street on left. Cornerstone Coventry Center is on the right (about 2 blocks down).

DIRECTIONS to Bristol Center:
Route 195 East to Exit # 2 Rt. 136 (Warren/Bristol). Take a right at the end of the exit. Follow Rt. 136 (Metacom Ave.) for approximately 6 miles. (Rt. 136 is a very curvy road). You will see a sign that states you are entering Bristol and the Bristol Police Station will be right there. Approximately ½ mile after the Police Station, take a right onto Franklin Street (landmark-20/20 Vision sign). Drive approximately ½ a mile and you will see Franklin Court on the left. We are located in the front between the two green canopies.

From Fall River
Take Plymouth Avenue to 195 east to 24 South.
Stay on 24 South to exit 5 (Tiverton/LC 77S to 177S)
Bear left and follow 77 South for approximately 9 miles (river will be on your right)
After Sakonnet Vineyards (on left) take next left on to Peckham Road
Follow approximately 1.5 miles, take your 2nd right (East Main Road)
The office is ¾ of a mile on the right (shingled cape-style building)
From Raynham
Take 24 south to 195 west for one exit to 24 south
Stay on 24 South to exit 5 (Tiverton/LC 77S to 177S)
Bear left and follow 77 South for approximately 9 miles (river will be on your right)
After Sakonnet Vineyards (on left) take next left on to Peckham Road
Follow approximately 1.5 miles, take your 2nd right (East Main Road)
