Dottie Santagata
Administrator
Dottie Santagata was appointed Administrator of Cornerstone in January 2010, following the organization’s affiliation with the Saint Elizabeth Community. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Ms Santagata continued her studies at Boston College where she received a master’s degree in social work.
Affiliated with Cornerstone Adult Services for the past nine years, Santagata started out as the Director of Social Services. In 2004 she was named Director of Day Services.
Ms. Santagata is on the Department of Elderly Affairs Home and Community Care Advisory Committee. Additionally, she is a field instructor for School of Social Work at Rhode Island College, Providence College, Boston College and Wheaton College. Ms. Santagata was selected a 2009 Administrator of the Year by the National Adult Day Services Association.
Eileen Unger
Admissions Coordinator and Case Manager
Eileen Unger joined Cornerstone Adult Services, Inc. in July 2010, bringing 25 years of experience working in senior care. She educates and assists applicants and their families, including frail elderly and adults with disabilities, in the admission process.
Her previous senior care experience includes working in assisted living, where she held a wide array of positions. Eileen is a graduate of Roger Williams University.
Patricia A. M. Vinci, Esq.
Director, RI Volunteer Guardianship Program
An attorney for over 30 years, Patricia A. M. Vinci began her career in general practice and then served as In-House Counsel in the corporate setting before joining not-for-profit Cornerstone Adult Services, Inc.
As Director of the RI Volunteer Guardianship program, Vinci manages the program designed to assist elderly statewide in need of a guardian. Patricia Vinci is a graduate of Rhode Island College and Boston College Law, and a member of the RI Bar Association. She serves as the Assistant Annual Budget Drive Chair for Westminster Unitarian Church.
