Saint Elizabeth Terrace
Saint Elizabeth Terrace is a 34 unit apartment building for low income seniors in Warwick and a member of Saint Elizabeth Community. A 5.2 million dollar grant from The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, was awarded in 2010 for the construction of this new apartment building for low income seniors with supportive services in Warwick. In addition Saint Elizabeth Community will receive project rental assistance contract and budget authority of $160,100 and $480,300 respectively.
Saint Elizabeth Terrace is the 10th Saint Elizabeth Community location in Rhode Island, and offers seniors affordable housing in Warwick. Designed by Durkee Brown Viverios & Werenfels, and built by Calson Construction Coroporation, the apartment building was completed in January 2012, and residents began moving in in February 2012.
